Via Telluride Tourism Board LODGING UPDATE The holiday vacation period (12/26/24 – 1/4/25) is pacing ahead of last season, with total occupancy up by 1% at 69%, paid occupancy 2% higher, a 7% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR), resulting in a 10% increase in Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
