| LODGING UPDATE Total destination occupancy through October 20 is flat YOY at 37%, paid is 3% lower than 2023, and average daily rate (ADR) has decreased by 5% at $343. Currently, occupancy is peaking at 56% on Friday, October 4. September closed behind 2023, although the gap filled-in over the past few weeks. Total occupancy closed 6% lower YOY at 52% compared to 55% in 2023, paid occupancy was 10% behind, and ADR was 9% lower. Summer (May 23 – October 20) is pacing to close flat in total occupancy at 53%. Paid occupancy and ADR are both tracking 3% behind YOY, resulting in a 6% decrease in revenue per available room (RevPAR). The winter forecast is similar to previous reports, with total occupancy pacing 13% ahead of last season, a 7% increase in paid occupancy, and ADR is flat. All months are tracking ahead, with the most growth in March (24% ahead), and the least growth in December (6% ahead). | AIR UPDATE Late summer bookings continue to hold strong, with October back to even/just ahead YOY. Summer overall is up 10-12%, with noted added local usage on increased DEN capacity. The winter 24-25 air schedule is all but finalized, with capacities nearly identical to last winter 23-24.
