Happy Pi Day! We hope everyone is loving this snow refresh – We have gotten almost a foot of powder in the last 48 hours and it’s still dumping outside. There are only 24 days left to get out on the resort and enjoy it – Be sure to get those turns in while you still can!
It may be snowing outside, but you can brighten up your home or office with daffodils from the annual
Daffodil Days. The sale ends tomorrow, so be sure to grab some from the
Telluride Historical Museum or Community Table to support a good cause. Other great causes to support this week include the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program, which will be hosting their annual
Blue Party fundraiser, and the
Telluride Mountain School Student Scholarship Fundraiser, both of which will be held next Thursday.
St. Patrick’s Day is Sunday, and you can celebrate this weekend with a traditional corned beef and cabbage meal at the
Telluride Elks Lodge on Friday. Stick around and play a few rounds of bingo, too!
Music aficionados have plenty of options this week, starting with
Snow Sounds Apres and
Live at the Lodge on Friday, as well as
Live Music at Altezza all weekend long. Tonight and tomorrow, be sure to catch
Moe at the
Sheridan Opera House, or head up to Mountain Village for an evening with the
Dutch Orchestra on Friday.
Tenth Mountain Division will be taking over
The Alibi on Friday and Saturday, and
The Nershi Hann Trio (yes, from The String Cheese Incident) will be playing the
Sheridan Opera House on Saturday. Next Wednesday, be sure to catch the last
Chamber Music Happy Hour of winter with Anneke Dean at
Telluride Arts HQ, or head to
Club Red for an intimate solo performance by
Hiss Golden Messenger. Alex Paul will also be performing next Thursday at
Telluride Arts HQ as a part of the
Winter Songwriter Series.
Other great events worth checking out include the
Tellurando Ski Mountaineering Race,
Mind Blown magic show, a
free wine tasting, a
Wine Paired Dinner at
Communion, and so many more.
P.S. Don’t forget to head to the base of the gondola at 5 p.m. today to cheer on the
Skidola participants!
There are so many other great events this week! View more events on the
Peak Sheet or our
calendar of events. You can also
