Recently, The Sheridan Arts Foundation announced their auditions for Meet Me in St. Louis, the 1944 classic musical starring Judy Garland. This marks their third annual Not-So-Young People’s Theater production and has been met with great enthusiasm from both young and old alike. Audition slots are open for all ages, giving everyone the chance to be part of this amazing opportunity to bring live theater back to Telluride in such a beloved classic production.
The Sheridan Arts Foundation will also be offering a variety of other resources and educational tools as part of this production as well, such as workshops on musical theater technique and stagecraft classes to better prepare participants for their audition experience. There will even be special guest speakers coming in from Broadway who will offer insight into what it takes to make it in professional theater. Auditions will be held May 15 and 16 from 3:30 – 9 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House. Callbacks will be May 18 from 5 – 9 p.m.
