Total occupancy in the Town of Mountain Village has increased by 16% YOY, at 53.9%, with a 17% decrease in ADR at $609. Town of Telluride total occupancy has decreased by 13% over the two-week period, at 52.4%, with a 9% decrease in ADR at $540. Destination occupancy over the 4th of July weekend has increased by 11% YOY, with the highest compression on July 3 and 4, at 64% total occupancy. Summer continues to pace slightly ahead of 2022, with both total and paid occupancy 2% ahead of last year, at 40% and 32% respectively. May and June were two points behind YOY, July is pacing flat, and August and September are pacing three points ahead of 2022. Town of Telluride is seeing a total occupancy decrease of 8%, while Mountain Village total occupancy has increased by 10% YOY. Telluride’s summer ADR has increased by 4% ($616), and Mountain Village’s ADR has decreased by 9% ($560).
