WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK
The sun is shining, there’s a storm in the forecast for next week, and we have SO many amazing events going on around town to close out the month (yes, this is the last Peak Sheet of February)! Enjoy the sunshine and soft snow.
The Telluride AIDS Benefit Fashion Week has already kicked off, with the TAB Fashion Show Gala taking over the Telluride Conference Center this weekend. Telluride Gay Ski Week also starts this weekend, with plenty of fun activities and events around town. More information about both events can be found below!
For music lovers, Live Music at Altezza continues all weekend long, Live at the Lodge is taking over The View at Mountain Lodge on Friday, and there will be outdoor après music in the Conference Center Plaza on Friday as well. On Saturday, you can catch Villa House at The Alibi or Birds of Play and Friends at the Sheridan Opera House.
It’s also another big week for wine enthusiasts, with a free wine tasting at the Mountain Village Wine Merchant and a painting with wine class at Workshop Telluride on Wednesday, as well as a food and wine pairing class at 221 South Oak on Thursday. We’re pretty positive there’s probably wine at the Ah Haa School for the Arts‘Ski to the Kitchen Après on Thursday, too.
