We hope everyone had a safe and fun Fourth of July! We were so excited that the fireworks returned after a couple of years – and they did not disappoint.
We hope you’re ready for a week of music – there are plenty of live performances again this week!
Ride Fest kicks off today (more details below), plus there’s
live music at Altezza Thursday through Sunday, Telluride Arts is hosting
Tiffany Christopher and Molly Fischer for their singer-songwriter series, and the
North Mississippi Allstars are hitting
Club Red on Saturday. The
Telluride Americana Music Festival will be taking over the
Sheridan Opera House starting next Thursday, too! For some outdoor music, be sure to check out
Ali McGuirk at Music on the Green on Friday and James Hunter next Wednesday for the
Sunset Concert Series.
Telluride Art + Architecture runs from July 10 – 16 and will feature home tours, patron dinners, wine, and so much more. New this year is the garden tour, at which guests will be able to explore beautiful private gardens while sampling food and beverages from local chefs. Tickets are still available!
Keep your eyes peeled this weekend for the
Telluride One Hundred, a 30-, 50- and 100-mile gravel and mountain bike race in and around the San Juans. They start and finish at the Oak Street Gondola, so be sure to cheer them on!
As always, be sure to check out Mountain Village’s
Market on the Plaza,
Dog Days of Summer adoption event and
free wine tastings on Wednesdays, as well as the
Telluride Farmers’ Market on Fridays on Oak Street.
PS – The
July Art Walk is TONIGHT! Be sure to swing by all of your favorite local galleries to check out the latest artwork.
