…And we’re back! We cannot believe that the gondola opens on Friday and the Telluride Ski Resort opens on Thanksgiving – Off-season truly flew by. We hope you all are enjoying the great early-season snowfall and are ready to hit the slopes!
Before things really start getting ramped up next week, we have some great events to ease into winter. The Alibi is wasting no time getting rollin’ again, with Hunter James & the Titanic on Friday, WABI on Saturday, and The Thing performing next Wednesday. Other entertainment for the week includes a showing of The Met: Tosca (Puccini) at the Palm Theatre on Saturday.
To get ready for Thanksgiving, Local-favorite Turkey Bingo will be taking over The Elks on Saturday and Sunday (be sure to wear a white t-shirt), The Fig will be reading “The Thanksgiving Play” tonight at Telluride Arts HQ, and be sure to pre-order any to-go Thanksgiving items from The View by Tuesday.
Plus, don’t forget you can compost your pumpkins for free at the entrance to the Gondola Parking Garage until November 30.
